About your Instructor

In 2013 Haley took her first yoga class, and it very quickly became one of the most important tools in building self-love, self-exploration, and a balanced state of mind and body.

Now a 200 hour registered yoga teacher RYT with yoga alliance, living in Victoria, BC as she studies Massage Therapy, she aims to facilitate an inclusive and safe space for individuals of all levels and sizes to tune in to their unique needs both on and off the mat.

While her classes typically focus on alignment, stability, and softness- as a passionate rock-climber, movement-nerd, and helicopter-access tree-planter, her classes offer a fun challenge to those who want to explore the edges of their strength and mobility. 

Participant Conduct & Sportsmanship Expectations

All participants are expected to follow SSC sportsmanship expectations. Any unsportsmanlike conduct may result in immediate expulsion from the class. 

The following actions are prohibited:
  • All elements of verbal abuse; harassing, threatening, bullying, or doing anything else to another members that is unwanted.
  • Making personal attacks or statements about race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc.


Participants are required to have the following:
  • Laptop, tablet, or mobile device
  • Access to the internet
  • Sufficient space to move
  • Yoga mat is highly recommended




All classes will be held virtually over Zoom. Participants will receive a link to join the Zoom call in advance. Requirements include: access to an internet connection and Zoom on a computer or an alternative device.
